About The Position

This position is part-time and focuses on hospitality, connecting, serving, listening, and operating in a super busy, high-energy part of the store. The Guest Services team is considered the heartbeat of the store, working with a dedicated, skilled, and caring group of people whose job is to provide the very best care to guests and communicate effectively with the entire staff, keeping them informed on all guest issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service and hospitality to our guests by answering and fielding all inquiries and issues in a professional, caring, and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with all guests and staff and stay up-to-date on many aspects of the store’s operations
  • Hold basic Front End operational responsibilities in assisting cashiers with POS functions, counting in and counting down drawers, and making change
