About The Position
Are you the perfect blend of people-loving and administratively wired? Would you love pouring into volunteers, and seeing them growing, equipped, and empowered to serve God to their fullest? Are you someone who is very organized and detail-oriented, yet values people over processes? Does the thought of sending people into weekend services with a delicious cup of coffee bring a smile to your face? Our ideal candidate for this 12-hour-a-week role is someone presenting a wonderfully warm first impression at our St. Charles/South Elgin Campus as they support the Cup O' Joy ministry. This person will excel in customer service and place the utmost priority on nurturing relationships with volunteers and church attendees.
