The Guest Services Associate makes an impact by ensuring world class service to every guest. Must be pleasant and welcoming to each guest. Must be familiar with all aspects of the Experience, including company history and facility layout. Ensure that all area-specific tasks are completed. Performs all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations. Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Food (SQF) policy. Demonstrates the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer. Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality principles. Perform all duties as assigned.
