Requirements

• Ability to work independently for shifts ranging from 6am-9PM.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts.

• Computer savvy with problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.

• Previous hotel experience.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for guests.
• Promptly respond to any guest requests (phone, email, text, in-person, etc.).
• Manage daily reservations (guest info, dates, payments, etc.) to ensure financials are in order.
• Help keep guest rooms sparkly clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Care for the hotel to ensure common areas are always clean and tidy.
• Welcome guests to town, showcasing local restaurants, attractions, and ensuring they make the most of their visit.
• Set up and breakdown a tasty breakfast for guests including restocking supplies and conducting inventory.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet standards and report maintenance needs.
• Perform any other task required for the successful functioning of the hotel.
