About The Position

As a Guest Services Associate at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have memorable vacations by providing exceptional service from registration to checkout. Requirements

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the registration process.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks as part of money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries and concerns promptly.
