About The Position

The Guest Services Assistant provides support with events, administrative duties, fa cility main tenance and upkeep at the Joseph H. Williams Tallgrass Prairie Preserve. The Guest Services Assistan t will assist with event planning, housekeeping & food service functions, and supporting stewardship and maintenance efforts. The Guest Services Assistant role will include but not be limited to: Ability to work ~20 hours per week i ncluding some weekends and holidays. Maintain and clean public facilities. Work requires occasional physical exertion and/or muscular strain. Make day-to-day decisions as delegated by supervisor; may work under limited supervision and supervisor. Work closely with Operations Team Through the efforts of The Nature Conservancy 108,425 acres in Oklahoma have been preserved and protected for people and nature. Requirements

HS Diploma and 1 year experience
Experience organizing files
Experience in Customer Service
This position requires a valid driver's license and compliance with TNC’s Auto Safety Program
Employees may not drive Conservancy-owned/leased vehicles, rental cars, or personal vehicles on behalf of the Conservancy if considered "high risk drivers."
Employment in this position will be contingent upon completion of a Vehicle Use Agreement, which may include a review of the prospective employee's motor vehicle record.
