As a member of the Guest Services Team, the Guest Services Assistant is responsible for acquiring and implementing the skills and language programs as provided by Tahoe Mountain Club’s Training Program. It is the responsibility of the Guest Services Assistant to assume the exceptional presentation of all physical properties related to operations (i.e. golf carts, practice balls and facilities, cart storage, and any other related equipment used to perform daily operations). Because of the fluctuating demands of the Club’s operation, it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks, not specifically addressed above.
