Make a difference as a Guest Services Assistant Manager As the Seasonal Guest Services Assistant Manager at Whoa Zone, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our thrilling outdoor Water Based Family Recreation Destination nestled right on the beach/lakefront. You’ll manage an inflatable aqua park, watercraft rentals, concessions, and retail and ticket sales while inspiring a team culture that prioritizes exceptional guest service. This role demands strong leadership skills as you guide, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring every member performs at their best. You will leverage individual strengths to enhance guest satisfaction while maximizing productivity throughout the park. Additionally, you will administer training programs and assist in resolving employee issues, creating a positive work environment that embodies our commitment to excellence.
