About The Position

Bring your excellent customer service skills to UW Health and set a positive tone for an outstanding guest experience. We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to: Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm. Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows. Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility. Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Preferred)
