The Omni William Penn Hotel, a landmark of elegance in downtown Pittsburgh since 1916, is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador-Bellperson. The hotel fosters an "All In" culture where respect, gratitude, and empowerment are part of every day, offering a supportive environment with training and mentoring opportunities. This role is central to providing an exceptional arrival and departure experience for guests, making them feel welcome. The position is responsible for efficiently handling guest luggage, serving as an informational source to guests, escorting them to and from their rooms, communicating available guest services, checking guest packages, controlling traffic flow in the Lobby, and providing information about the hotel and city. The role also involves engaging guests to provide superior service and coordinating activities in the drive with Bell Attendants and Valet Attendants to ensure timely delivery of luggage and guest vehicles, including unloading baggage from cabs/taxis.
