About The Position
As a Guest Services Agent at Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories. You will be part of a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment where we are empowered to be our best selves. Your role will include checking guests into their villas, reviewing property amenities, and actively listening to and responding to guests' questions and concerns. You will also be responsible for ensuring that guests' requests are met to their satisfaction and may assist with bellman and runner duties as needed.
