GUEST SERVICES AGENT
About The Position
Come join the Guest Services team at Black Butte Ranch! We have an immediate opening for a full-time Guest Services Agent. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for guest check in/checkout, providing the highest level of service to guests and homeowners, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining our reputation as a premier resort destination. Our ideal applicant has previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry, can quickly learn new technology, can interact with all types of people, and is able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and weekends. This role will primarily 10am-closng and will start in April.
