About The Position

This position is responsible for friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and the ability to provide accurate information to guests, co-workers and visitors. Candidates must be able to interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, possess high levels of attention to detail, and maintain high standards of guest service at all times. May perform Concierge/Bell Person duties as necessary

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Flexible schedule is required including days, holidays and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel guest services experience is preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
