Guest Services Agent (On Site, AM Shift)
About The Position
Air Culinaire Worldwide, Tampa Florida location is looking for strong and talented individuals with experience in the customer service industry to join our team in Tampa. Candidates must work well in a high paced, ever-changing environment. Air Culinaire Worldwide prides itself on delivering the best in service as we fulfill catering requests for private jets. Utilize your food service experience while you learn and develop skills that translate outside of the restaurant industry. The Guest Services Agent is responsible to significantly impress our clients, vendors and employees by effectively processing all client requests. Further responsibilities include building loyalty within our client base and supporting the operation as needed in the course of business. Under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Guest Services, the Guest Services Agent will be responsible to adhere to Air Culinaire Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to meet both the demands of our clientele, as well as performance expectations of Air Culinaire. The Guest Services Agent will work with Operations, Finance and Marketing & Sales to consistently deliver an incredible experience to our clients within the Air Culinaire Worldwide's system.
Requirements
- Must exhibit a positive attitude and be team oriented.
- Must possess and utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available and willing to work a PM shift with start times of 2:00 PM and later.
- Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays.
