Guest Services Agent (On Site, AM Shift)
About The Position
Air Culinaire Worldwide, Tampa Florida location is looking for strong and talented individuals with experience in the customer service industry to join our team in Tampa. Candidates must work well in a high paced, ever-changing environment. Air Culinaire Worldwide prides itself on delivering the best in service as we fulfill catering requests for private jets. Requirements
- Must exhibit a positive attitude and be team oriented.
- Must possess and utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available and willing to work a PM shift with start times of 2:00 PM and later.
- Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Pre- employment criminal background check

Responsibilities
- Effectively processing all client requests.
- Building loyalty within our client base
- Supporting the operation as needed in the course of business.
- Adhere to Air Culinaire Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to meet both the demands of our clientele, as well as performance expectations of Air Culinaire.
- Consistently deliver an incredible experience to our clients within the Air Culinaire Worldwide's system.
