As a Guest Services Agent at Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where we are empowered to be our best selves. A typical day will include checking Owners/guests into their villas for their stay, reviewing property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities. You will actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues. You will also identify and explain room features to guests, follow up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction, and answer telephone calls, routing them to the proper department as applicable. Depending on the facility or location, you may be asked to assist with bellman and runner duties.
