About The Position
We are hiring immediately for full time and part time GUEST SERVICES AGENT positions at Washington University St. Louis. The role involves checking guests in and out of the hotel, resolving guest challenges throughout their stay, and promoting hotel services and amenities. The position requires open availability, with shifts varying from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Previous hotel, hospitality, and customer service experience are preferred but not required.
