General administrative duties are also part of the role, along with maintaining positive relationships with guests, vendors, and other employees. The employee will work closely with team members and other departments to uphold the reputation of Beach Properties of Hilton Head. Ensuring guest service standards are met during arrivals, departures, and throughout the guests' stay is crucial, as is accurately reporting any guest issues for resolution.
