About The Position

The position involves handling various forms of customer inquiries, including telephone, email, internet, and in-person interactions, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. The role requires maintaining a calm and polite demeanor, even when receiving feedback from customers. The employee will be responsible for maximizing revenue by converting inquiries into business opportunities and upselling services. Collaboration with all departments is essential to ensure that customers receive the best service possible. The employee must ensure that all work meets company standards, including accurate and complete paperwork related to bookings and payments. General administrative duties are also part of the role, along with maintaining positive relationships with guests, vendors, and other employees. The employee will work closely with team members and other departments to uphold the reputation of Beach Properties of Hilton Head. Ensuring guest service standards are met during arrivals, departures, and throughout the guests' stay is crucial, as is accurately reporting any guest issues for resolution.

  • Experience with Track and Breezeway (or similar programs)

Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone, email, internet and in-person inquiries efficiently and politely
  • Exceed customers' expectations by delivering service in a professional, knowledgeable and accommodating way
  • Remain calm, patient and polite when receiving customer feedback
  • Maximize revenue by converting inquiries and upselling
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to customers
  • Ensure all work meets company standards; maintain accurate and complete paperwork
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Maintain positive working relationships with guests, vendors, and employees
  • Work closely with team members and other departments
  • Ensure guest service standards are met during arrival, departure, and other contacts with guests
  • Navigate and manage guest issues during their stay
  • Report guest issues accurately in Breezeway and to the appropriate department for resolution
