Responsibilities

• Greets all customers with a sincere smile and positive attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within company mandated service time.
• Suggestively upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Attends to any customer service problems or complaints immediately.
• Notifies manager as needed regarding issues.
• Verifies opening reading and bank at the start of the shift.
• Accounts for all cash issued and received at the register during the shift.
• Counts down drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of any deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems.
• Ensures that all product holding times are strictly observed.
• Maintains proper rotation and attractive display of products on the counter or in the display case.
• Keeps the display case interior and exterior clean at all times.
• Stocks the service area with sufficient supplies such as napkins, cups, and lids.
• Maintains an adequate supply of iced tea.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
