Job Purpose The Guest Service team is responsible for creating an inviting and memorable first impression for all guests. This role provides detailed information about the venue, including food and beverage options, gaming experiences, and event offerings. Guest Service team members must have a thorough understanding of the reservation system, ensuring smooth coordination and communication with guests and venue staff. Beyond the front desk, Guest Service contributes to the overall guest experience by staying aware and engaged throughout the venue, collaborating closely with other departments to uphold hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and multitasking skills
  • Minimum one year of experience in a front desk, guest service, or hospitality role
  • Experience with computerized booking and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work well across all levels of staff

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Familiarity with reservation or event management software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests warmly, directing them to event spaces and answering questions about the venue
  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and personalized service to every guest
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting available dining and entertainment options
  • Communicate clearly and patiently with guests and team members
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain and organize waitlists for hitting bays and reservations, using salesmanship to enhance guest experiences
  • Support other team members and perform additional duties as requested by management
