About The Position
Serve as an ambassador by offering dynamic, enthusiastic, professional experiences for guests in all areas of the museum and factory. Staff ticket center, batting cage, hold a piece of history, bat vault, and information desk. Present programming and assist with thesetupp and execution of special events designed to attract and delight guests at Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. Assist with the set up and execution of rental events. Responsible for assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of equipment in batting cage and/or ticket booth. Must work nights and weekends as needed.
Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Polished, dynamic public speaker
- Must have a professional appearance

- Passion for and knowledge of baseball preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for staffing ticket booth, batting cage and hold a piece of history.
- Open and close the ticket booth and/or batting cage on a daily basis.
- Adheres to the policies of handling cash and deposits at all times.
- Conduct special programming and presentations. This includes but is not limited to, bat vault presentation, burn branding, hold a piece of history, and other special or exhibit-related experiences.
- Assist with evening event set-up and other guest services as needed.
- Provide top-notch interaction with all guests in all areas of the museum at all times.
- Be the eyes and ears on the floor, including completing a checklist of exhibit maintenance and reporting any needed updates, repairs, or malfunctions.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
