About The Position
The Guest Service Support Staff (known in our stores as Shoe Caddies) is a critical role that sets Hair Saloon apart from other men’s grooming companies. You provide an uncommon level of service while connecting our guests to the barber shop experience of yesterday with a complimentary shoeshine. Shoe Caddies at Hair Saloon provide a first-class customer experience by blending an exceptional eye for detail with a knack for interaction and conversation. Our Shoe Caddie position at Hair Saloon is a part-time role (4-8 PM weekdays, 8 AM - 6 PM Saturdays), perfect for students with limited availability. We offer afternoon and Saturday hours. (We are closed on Sundays).
