The Guest Service Supervisor provides assistance and leadership to the Guest Service Representatives. This role is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations within the Guest Service Center.

  • Provide assistance and leadership to the Guest Service Center guests and representatives.
  • Responsible for completing transactions such as registering hotel guests and assigning rooms.
  • Communicates all relevant information to team and management.
  • Maintains monthly reporting of hotel and casino events.
  • Observes performance of staff. Provides feedback and counseling as necessary.
  • Respond to all guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information.
  • Resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Understands the competitive environment and can promote and explain the benefits of Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino.
  • Handles a cash bank.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hotel Administration or similar field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in either a hotel, casino, or marketing department in a similarly sized property strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Knowledge of Opera and Patron systems strongly preferred.
  • The ability to speak other languages is strongly preferred.
