About The Position
As a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, you will represent the hotel to guests throughout their stay, ensuring superior customer care. You will support front desk agents, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle special requests to ensure a pleasant stay. We are looking for an individual that is flexible and can work schedules including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
