About The Position
The Guest Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, selling products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves anticipating and solving customer needs, maintaining a clean and inviting site, and collaborating with team members to achieve goals. It is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
