About The Position

The Guest Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, selling products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and ensuring each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. This role involves hands-on work, maintaining the cleanliness and inviting nature of the sites, and collaborating with team members to achieve goals in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
