The Guest Service Specialist at Chanticleer Inn Bed & Breakfast supports an exceptional boutique lodging experience atop historic Lookout Mountain by delivering warm, attentive, and professional guest service throughout each stay. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, supporting daily front-of-house operations, guest communications, light food service, property oversight, and cash handling. Typical work schedules occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with shifts ranging from 6–8 hours. Under the direction of the Chanticleer & Grandview Manager, the Guest Service Specialist ensures that guests feel welcomed, informed, and well cared for at every touchpoint.
