About The Position

We are currently seeking a Guest Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with an amazing team in a fun environment while rotating among different areas throughout the day. Your primary focus will be to build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs. You will create 'Wow' moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction. Additionally, you will safely and politely direct customers into the car wash tunnel, help maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness, and follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

Requirements

• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• The ability to connect with customers.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
