As a member of the Church's Chicken team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to serve each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently, adhering to the procedures outlined in the Church's Operating Standards Manual (OSM). This position requires a commitment to accomplishing tasks in a timely and orderly manner, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. You will greet customers with a sincere smile and a positive attitude, creating a pleasant dining experience. In this role, you will take and fill customer orders within the company-mandated service time, actively engaging in suggestive selling of products as directed by management. You will be responsible for collecting payments and delivering orders to customers, while also addressing any customer service issues or complaints promptly. It is essential to notify the manager as needed and verify opening readings and bank transactions. You will be accountable for all cash issued and received at your register during your shift, ensuring accuracy by counting down the drawer at the end of your shift. Maintaining product quality is vital; you will ensure that all product holding times are strictly observed and that products in the display case are properly rotated and attractively displayed. Keeping the display case clean and stocking the service area with necessary supplies will also be part of your responsibilities. You will perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
