About The Position

Receive exceptional medical benefits, along with exclusive employee discounts on lodging, golf, and dining services.   Key Accountabilities   Coordinate and assist with managing rooms inventory, implement pricing strategies, processes bookings to maximize hotel revenue, and assist with general Guest Services Operations. Assists in implementing revenue strategies, managing room inventory, and understanding market trends. Coordinate room assignment and inventory to maximize rate RevPAR. Assign rates, rate codes, and restrictions, ensuring accurate data in the Property Management System (PMS). Assist in reconciling monthly commissions by auditing OTA reservations and travel agent-related bookings to ensure accurate billing on commissions. Assist with reconciliation of reservations between our Reservations Management System and Property Management System.   General Requirements   Minimum 1 years of experience in guest services, reservations, or revenue operation with basic knowledge of at least 2 of 3 areas Bachler’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision Exceptional customer service with excellent communication   The Quail​ Nestled in the heart of Carmel Valley, our breathtaking 800-acre property boasts a world-class championship golf course, and beautiful accomodations. Requirements
