They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or issues. We seek highly motivated team members.   • Check guests in and out of the property
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
  • Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
