Guest Service Representative - Bakery Event Team
About The Position
Join our Fort Worth bakery where every shift is about spreading joy. At this location, our Guest Service Representatives may also get the chance to work with our Event Team—helping coordinate local celebrations and events beyond the bakery doors, if you're interested in event‑side experience. Your Day-to-Day Warmly greet guests both in-store and by phone, ensuring a joyful and helpful experience Assist customers in selecting cakes, flavors, add-ons, and packages that best suit their celebration Operate POS systems accurately and promote the Nothing Bundt Cakes app Keep the retail space clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing Support special events and off-site setups if you become part of the event team
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Energetic, friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Interest in customer-facing work and possibly helping with event coordination
- Prior retail, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus but not required
