About The Position

As a Guest Service Representative, you are friendly, professional, and enjoy helping people. You understand that great service creates memorable stays, and you take pride in being the first and last impression guests receive. If you enjoy problem solving and creating positive guest experiences, this role is for you. You will assist guests with check ins, check outs, reservations, and daily service needs, helping to ensure smooth front desk operations and supporting an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
• Operate the front desk system and process payments
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
• Handle guest requests and escalate concerns when needed
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance
