About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, Guest Service Representatives are known as Joy Creators. This role involves setting a positive mood in the bakery, assisting guests with ordering the right cakes for their celebrations, and ensuring all orders are handled smoothly. The Joy Creator is responsible for making everyone feel welcomed and fostering an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy within the community.
Requirements
- Reliable
- Positive attitude
- Able to work 3-4 shifts per week
- Able to work morning and afternoon shifts
- Can start training immediately
