About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are referred to as Joy Creators. A Joy Creator is responsible for setting the mood and making a visit to the bakery an event worth sharing. This role involves assisting guests in ordering the appropriate cake for their celebrations and ensuring their orders are executed flawlessly. The Joy Creator is expected to make everyone feel welcomed and foster an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy within the community. The company offers early closing times for evenings, flexible work schedules, and a casual dress code (t-shirts and sneakers). Employees receive cake discounts and opportunities for training in cake crafting and career growth. The position is open to individuals under 18, including students, and emphasizes a fun work environment where new friendships can be made.
