This role involves warmly greeting guests, assisting with registration and room assignments, handling guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and travel directions, managing room availability, guest accounts, and billing, posting charges, processing payments, making change, making reservations, handling guest requests including safekeeping of valuables, communicating effectively with other departments, following hotel credit policies, ensuring accurate cash handling, and supporting team members with additional responsibilities as needed.
