The Guest Service Representative (GSR) embodies the property’s commitment to exceptional service, ensuring guests receive efficient, courteous, and professional assistance in all front office operations. The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or issues. We seek highly motivated team members. Employment Type: Full-time (32–40 hours/week, 4–5 days per week) Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Shifts: Hours will vary between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with weekends and holidays regularly required. This is NOT a set schedule type position Additional Training: Overnight (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) training is mandatory to ensure coverage for occasional overnight shifts, though such instances will be rare.
