Requirements

  • Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to assist guests
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel management system
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s standards of service and hospitality
