About The Position

As a Night Guest Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to ensure that students and guests receive outstanding support and service during evening hours. With your friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skills, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who enter.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Availability for night shifts, including weekdays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet students and guests warmly, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries about our services and programs.
  • Schedule and confirm beauty service appointments effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of guest interactions and service details.
  • Resolve any concerns or requests from guests promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
  • Perform administrative duties to support overall guest services and operations as needed.
