As a Guest Service Representative, you assist guests with check ins, check outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience. The role involves greeting guests, providing friendly and helpful service, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservations. You will also answer guest questions, resolve issues promptly, operate the front desk system, process payments, communicate with housekeeping and other departments, maintain a clean and organized front desk area, handle guest requests, escalate concerns when needed, and provide local information and general hotel assistance.
