We’re currently seeking an outgoing, friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative in our Wichita office from February through August. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help create smooth, stress-free stays for our guests by: Providing exceptional customer service with warmth and urgency Investigating and resolving guest concerns, maintenance requests, and work orders — and following through until completion Building strong working relationships with utilities, contractors, and apartment communities Entering and managing apartment and guest data in Oscar, Service Track, and Microsoft Outlook Running reports and maintaining organized, accurate records Reviewing quality assurance inspections and completing E-inspections What We Offer $16-$18 per hour , paid weekly Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm — weekends off!) A casual, team-focused work environment - we wear jeans every day!
