About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Vib Best Western in Springfield, MO. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting guests with a warm demeanor, checking them in and out efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Your role will also involve providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options, ensuring that guests have all the information they need for a pleasant stay. In addition to front desk duties, you will handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, process payments, and maintain accurate records. You will assist with reservations and room assignments, collaborating closely with housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained. Night audit duties may also be required, adding to the variety of tasks you will perform in this role.
