The Great Texas Oil Change is looking for a positive and professional Guest Service Representative, a friendly face that can assist customers by welcoming incoming customers when they arrive, as well as handle cashiering transactions after services are performed. The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction as the dealership's first-line customer relations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Top-notch client relationship skills
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Background and drug screening
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner 100% of the time
• Cashier transactions for maintenance guests at the dealership
• Answer all incoming telephone calls according to company policies and with exceptional telephone etiquette
• Ensure all invoice totals and receipts are accurate from the technician
• Monitor the cash flow of daily operational exchanges
• Provide the customer with the proper charges
• Collect the total retail charges from customer
• Provide the proper change and receipts to the customer
• Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles
• Present self as positive, customer friendly, and approachable for problem solving
