Your role will involve delivering excellent customer service, managing guest interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors at our campus.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service is a bonus.
Prior experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest engagement.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
A positive attitude and willingness to step in and assist when needed.
Flexible availability based on operational needs, including weekdays, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and handle inquiries regarding our programs and services.
Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for beauty services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services rendered.

Support administrative tasks as needed based on the operational requirements of the university.
