Join our Festival Foods team as a Part-Time Guest Service Representative! As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Whether assisting guests at the front guest service desk, answering questions, or leading a team, your ability to provide friendly, efficient service will make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service, including friendly greetings and addressing guest concerns.
  • Reinforce company culture and uphold guest service standards.
  • Guide Guest Service associates in daily operations.
  • Monitor Guest Service activity and ensure team compliance with procedures.
  • Manage checkout lines and provide assistance to the Guest Service team.
  • Efficiently manage staff schedules and maintain compliance with labor laws.
  • Proactively manage staff coverage and ensure sufficient cart availability.
  • Communicate with Shift Managers regarding assistance needs.
  • Track attendance and document lateness or absences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
