Whether assisting guests at the front guest service desk, answering questions, or leading a team, your ability to provide friendly, efficient service will make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service, including friendly greetings and addressing guest concerns.
  • Reinforce company culture and uphold guest service standards.
  • Guide Guest Service associates in daily operations.
  • Monitor Guest Service activity and ensure team compliance with procedures.
  • Direct guests, manage checkout lines, and provide assistance to the Guest Service team.
  • Manage staff schedules and maintain compliance with labor laws for minor employees.
  • Proactively manage staff coverage and call in additional team members when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with minor labor laws regarding breaks and clock-out times.
  • Adjust daily schedules based on sales and guest traffic.
  • Communicate with Shift Managers regarding assistance needs.
  • Open additional checkout lanes as needed during busy periods.
  • Track attendance and document lateness or absences.
  • Ensure sufficient cart availability by managing cart collection processes.
  • Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
