About The Position

The Guest Service Representative Night Auditor at The Haley Hotel is responsible for providing exceptional customer service during the night shift. This role involves managing guest inquiries, ensuring property security, and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area. The position is part-time, requiring flexibility in scheduling, particularly during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel experience preferred, ideally 1 year.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries.
• Clean the lobby area to maintain a welcoming environment.

• Manage key distribution and record keeping for guest access.
