Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate hotel services and respond to guest reservation requests.
• Answer telephones and respond appropriately to requests.
• Handle guest compliments or complaints and take necessary action.
• Handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
