Requirements

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy golf bags, and perform strenuous activities in various weather conditions including extreme heat.

• Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and terminology.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse range of guests and team members.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the resort and its guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers with enthusiasm and a warm smile, making them feel welcome and excited about their round.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with club rentals, tee time coordination, and answering questions about the course.
• Assist golfers with loading and unloading heavy golf bags onto carts, ensuring their equipment is ready for an unforgettable round.
• Maintain an organized and clean golf bag storage area for efficient bag retrieval.
• Collaborate with the grounds team to ensure that golf carts are clean, stocked, and prepared for guests.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on golf carts, such as cleaning windshields and checking tire pressure levels.
• Assist with the setup and coordination of golf tournaments, outings, and events, contributing to the success of each occasion.
• Uphold safety standards by adhering to proper lifting techniques and protocols for handling equipment.
• Endure varying weather conditions and maintain a positive attitude while working outdoors.
