JOB SUMMARY: Plan, coordinate, implement and supervise hotel guest activities and services for all guests with emphasis on VIPs, Outrigger Discovery (GHA) and Voyager 47 guests in accordance with hotel standards. Emphasis on fulfilling guests expectations in all front of the house activities. Responsible for daily operations of the Voyager 47 front of house staff. Work closely with property operations, F&B and sales and marketing on facilitating and owning the guest engagement vision for Voyager 47 Club Lounge and Outrigger Resorts. Portray the Ke 'Ano Wa'a values (the Outrigger Way) with all customers, external and internal, including guests, patrons, travel partners and fellow employees. Represent the hotel as an official greeter or “Ambassador of Aloha". Come Work Here!

Responsibilities
